Question: Why I am having PayPal issues when trying to pay for a subscription?
Answer: PayPal have upgraded the security methods they require and it appears some browsers aren't coping very well. Please email us and we will try to sort it out for you.

Question: Can you please tell me what has happened to the Claim(s) I've made?
Answer: As Delay-Repay is independent of any Train Operator we unfortunately can not help you regarding this matter.

Question: Why do I keep getting my claim rejected saying "according to our records, the train was delayed by less that 30 minutes so no compensation is due?"
Answer: This typically means the train operator believes you could have taken another service and completed your journey without incurring a 30 minute delay.
Just because the train you intended to catch was cancelled does not meant you are automatically entitled to compensation.

Question: Can you please extend the site to include another train company?
Answer: We are actively working on extending the site to cover all UK Train Operators. We currently cover Abellio Greater Anglia, London Overground, and TFL Rail.
