Can you please tell me what has happened to the Claim(s) I've made?
Answer:
Unfortunately as Delay-Repay is not part of National Express East Anglia we can not help you regarding this matter. Their customer services can be contacted on 0845 600 7245.
Question:
Can you please extend the site to include another train company?
Answer:
The website has been going a few years now and unfortunately is hard coded in a number of places. Sorry but we have no plans to extend it to other train companies or lines.
Question:
Why does NXEA keep rejecting my claims saying "according to our records, the train was delayed by less that 30 minutes so no compensation is due"
Answer:
Delay information is collated from the Claims passengers make, alas there is no way to verify them as NXEA does not publish any such data.
