Delay Repay

Delay Repay
Welcome Guest Passenger! Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account?
On 1st April 2019, Greater Anglia has now started to compensate after only 15 minutes of delay! Our website has been updated appropriately including using the latest GA PDF claim form.

Some customers are experiencing issues with PayPal when paying for a subscription. Please use the ContactUs page to let us know and we will endeavour to sort things out.

Fed up with forgetting to claim after enduring that delay to your train journey?
Whether it's because they had run out of Claim Forms or because the Station Office wasn't open to be able to collect one, Delay-Repay will help you claim and remind you of delayed trains so hopefully you'll never miss out on your compensation again!

With the ever increasing train fares and the ever deteriorating service it is even more important not to forget to claim what is rightfully yours.

Why claim using Delay-Repay?
We store some of your common ticket and journey information so where possible can we populate the majority of your Claim Form and make the claim process as painless as possible.
We do not post printed Claim Form to the Train Operator for you as it needs your signature. You need to print it off, sign it, and then post it (address is already printed on the Claim Form), along with the tickets for the journey concerned, or a scan/snap where appropriate.
We keep a history of your Claims, so you can easily check which journeys you have already claimed for.

What Train Operating Companies are catered for?
We currently cover Abellio Greater Anglia, London Overground, and TFL Rail. However will are looking to expand our coverage to all train operators very shortly.

This is a subscription only service
We have tried to keep it simple and now only have one subscription service. There is a 1 month free trial of it so you can try it out before you commit.
Then the subsciption is only £6 for six months, or £10 for twelve months. We do not automatically renew any subscriptions.

Are we going to sell your data and/or spam you?
No, we are not in the spam business. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Who is behind Delay-Repay?
Delay-Repay was set up by City commuter and fellow passenger Julian Self who was fed up with missing out on his compensation.
