UPDATE 5th APRIL 2010 Please note - NXEA have stopped accepting any claim form other than their own so we have now integrated it into our site.
Fed up with forgetting to claim after enduring that delay to your train journey?
Whether it's because they had run out of Claim Forms or because the Station Office wasn't open to be able to collect one, Delay-Repay will help you claim and remind you of delayed trains so hopefully you'll never miss out on your compensation again!
With the ever increasing train fares by National Express East Anglia and the ever deteriorating service it is even more important not to forget to claim what is rightfully yours.
Why claim using Delay-Repay?
We store some of your common ticket and journey information so we can populate the majority of your Claim Form and make the Claim process as painless as possible. We keep a history of your Claims, so you can easily check which journeys you have already claimed for.
We also analyse the details of everyone's delayed journeys and let other interested registered Passengers know which trains have been delayed. This will be your reminder to make a claim if you had forgotten to do so. The more passengers that sign up and use this site to claim, then the more delayed trains we can let you know about.
We do not submit the printed Claim Form to National Express East Anglia for you. You need to print it off, sign it, and then post it (address is printed on the Claim Form), along with the tickets for the journey concerned (as proof of purchase) where appropriate.
What Train Operating Companies are catered for?
We have decided to cover just National Express East Anglia, as that is the one we use ourselves and they are one of the only Train Operating Companies that do not automatically give season tickets holders a discount when they renew if they have failed to reach their punctuality targets for the preceding year.
Are we going to sell your data and/or spam you?
No, we are not in the spam business. Please see our Privacy Policy.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. Really. There is no charge to create an account or print out a Claim.
Who is behind Delay-Repay?
Delay-Repay was set up by City commuter and fellow passenger Julian Self who was fed up with missing out on his compensation.
